Experience shows that an In-Home Consultations is a service many seniors appreciate.  Simply call and we can set up a time that is convenient for you and anyone else you’d like to join the discussion.

On average our visit will last 30 to 45 minutes.  During this time, I will listen to any questions or concerns you may have.  We will be able to discuss all aspect of this program as I provide honest and individualized information. 

Remember, HUD requires a mandatory counseling session before we can begin with any of the paperwork.  That means "no sales pressure".  Even if you want to move forward with the Reverse Mortgage I will not be able to do anything until you complete the 30 to 45 minute telephone counseling session.

You are also more than welcome to come to our office any time you like, however, HUD (Department of Housing and Urban Development) requires certain safety conditions to be met, so eventually, an inspection of the condition of your home will be required.
